Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After 12 hours, your order has begun prep for shipment and cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
VitalBoost offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Partial Refunds:
- If your order has been delivered and you are still unhappy with it, we may offer a partial refund of 20% as a resolution.
- Returned items in a condition other than original may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Reshipment Policy
Damaged Products:
If an item arrives damaged, it will be reshipped at no cost. as long as receipt of order and proof of damaged item are provided
Orders Marked as Delivered:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, reshipping will cost $15.
